What are your hours?
We are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our last wash is at 10 p.m.
How much do you charge for drying?
Our dryers are FREE except if you have washed your clothing at home and just want to bring it in to dry. Then we charge 50 cents for 20 minutes
Do you have parking?
We are in a strip shopping center so there is a large parking lot.
Do you have any large machines so I can wash comforters?
We have machines as large as 80 pounds which is the equivalent of 7 top loading machines.
Wash & Fold
What is the turnaround time?
We will have your clothes washed and folded the next day. We also offer same-day service, for an additional cost of 26 cents a pound.
How do I know when my clothes are complete?
We will text you when your order is complete.
Can I bring in my own detergent if I like a certain soap?
Yes, we will accommodate you.
Can I leave special instructions?
Absolutely, your special instructions remain in our system and are followed every time we do your laundry.
Pickup & Delivery
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 30 pound minimum order for our FREE pickup and delivery.
What days do you pickup and deliver?
We do pickup and delivery on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can select 8-11 a.m. or 5-8 p.m.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver in a 30 mile radius around our store in Arlington. We cover the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. You can check the cities we service under service areas.
Can I give special instructions with my order?
Yes, you can give special laundry instructions, or instructions for our driver when you schedule a pickup.
